This course is available any day except Saturday and Sunday starting from 9.00 a.m.
In the afternoon back to Mola to the fish market, just in time to get the fish directly from the fishermen, arriving with their boats before sunset in the little harbour of Mola. Back to the masseria for the cookery class about fish.
Dinner at about 8.30.
The course ends after dinner.
